Cancellation policy

Please review our cancellation policy carefully and do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

• Individual coaching sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance, via email at patrick@sweetharmony.coach or phone at +32 474 800992.
• If a participant in a scheduled coaching session does not show up without prior notice, or if the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance due to force majeure, the full amount due for the session will be charged. The participant will receive an invoice for this via email.
• If Patrick Timmermans cancels the appointment due to a temporary force majeure situation, a new appointment will be scheduled for the nearest possible date. In this context, a force majeure situation includes illness, government measures that prohibit, severely restrict, or strongly discourage physical gatherings (including those caused by illness or epidemic), and material force majeure.
