A message from Patrick – important update about Sweetharmony Happiness Practice.

First of all, thank you very much to everyone who has joined me on this journey. The changes that are coming soon make it necessary for me to adjust the way I support others, and I want to share openly why this shift is happening.

Life coaching

When I decided in 2020 to become a life coach, I had no idea how far this path would take me. The years since have been filled with growth, challenges, and moments that pushed me far outside my comfort zone. There were many obstacles along the way, and I got through them mostly by persevering — step by step, breath by breath.

Last year, life asked me once again to look inward. My mother’s passing shook me to my core and made me deeply rethink my place in the world, as well as what I truly want my purpose to be. That loss triggered a process of reflection that changed me profoundly.

All the trainings I followed over the years have also shaped me. They helped me heal, open up, see more clearly, and become more caring toward myself and others. And yet, despite all this growth, something kept whispering in the background — a sense that I needed a stronger foundation, a way to translate my life experiences into more grounded, objective guidance.

Psychology training

That inner voice eventually led me back to the classroom. I decided to start studying psychology, so I could deepen my understanding and broaden my ability to support people in a responsible and solid way.

To be honest, keeping up with the educational program takes a lot of energy. But the results are already becoming visible: my way of guiding others is slowly evolving. It’s becoming more psychologically rooted, more balanced, and more mature. At the same time, time itself has become a challenge. Where coaching courses usually last about a year, but this psychological program spans several years — which leaves very little space for actively running my coaching practice the way I used to.

That’s why the scale‑up of my practice is currently on hold. Whether this pause will be temporary or permanent is something only time will reveal.

Associations

A few years ago, an entrepreneur told me something that has stayed with me: your success doesn’t come from doing everything alone, but from the people you surround yourself with and the way you approach your work. I’ve come to realise how deeply true that is. Working entirely on my own has taught me a lot, but it also made me see that I can only support people up to a certain point — and my clients deserve more than that.

That insight brought me to a new chapter: collaboration. I have chosen to work with people I trust fully — people whose values, approach, and heart are aligned with my own. When you collaborate with people who truly “get it,” who care deeply, and who move with the same intention, the support one can offer becomes richer, deeper, and more complete.

Because of this belief, I’ve started working closely with UGO Relax in Wijnegem and Drakenkind in Buggenhout. These associations allow us to combine our strengths so clients can receive personal, face‑to‑face guidance in addition to the sessions I offer myself.

For me, this isn’t just about expanding services. It’s about creating a safe, grounded environment where clients feel supported from all angles — a place where no one has to walk their journey alone.
